Coverage

Our warranty ensures that the structural integrity of Your property remains safeguarded against major structural defects arising from:

• Foundation and footing failures
• Structural load-bearing elements, including beams, columns and slabs
• Masonry walls and structural roofing systems
• Other essential structural components critical to the safety and stability of the building

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, shrinkage or settlement cracks
• Damages caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
• Alterations, modifications or negligence by the Client or third parties
• Non-structural elements such as plumbing, electrical fittings, fixtures, finishes or paintwork
  

Terms & Conditions

• The warranty is valid for a period of 12 years from the date of project handover.
• Coverage applies only to projects fully executed and delivered by Velvet Bricks.
• All claims must be reported in writing with proper documentation.
• Velvet Bricks reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of any claim under this warranty.
